Unused in it's original opened box. The box has some wear and tearing in places (see photos). It includes everything seen in the photos. The original foam inserts for the box are not included. Also, on the inside of the disposal there is some sort of glue residue in the center. This is only cosmetic. I am pretty sure it's from when it was manufactured (see the last photo).
