VTG Jeannette Glass Co. ANNIVERSARY Pink Footed Creamer.
This lovely little creamer was made by Jeanette Glass between 1947 and 1949. It measures 3 7/8 inches across including the handle and spout. 3 3/4 inches tall at the tallest point near the spout. It holds 4 fluid ounces.
As you probably know, Standard Depression Glass was made with inexpensive materials. Silica sand, soda ash and lime stone were heated and fused, then poured into molds. There may be heavy seams, straw imprints, bubbles, debris incased in the glass, and surface wrinkles. These are normal conditions of depression glass and not flaws. There are no chips, cracks or flea bites in this piece. There are some surface scratches, but they do not affect the overall appearance and functionality of this piece. It will make a beautiful addition to your collection.
