    Description

    VTG Jeanette Glass Pink Sunflower Depression Glass 10" Footed Cake Plate.
    This beautiful plate measures 10 inches across and approximately 1 1/4 inches tall. It was made by Janette blast between 1930 and 1935.
    As you probably know, Standard Depression Glass was made with inexpensive materials. Silica sand, soda ash and lime stone were heated and fused, then poured into molds. There may be heavy seams, straw imprints, bubbles, debris incased in the glass, and surface wrinkles. These are normal conditions of depression glass and not flaws.
    This plate is actually in really good condition with very few utensil marks. There is a spot of debris incased in the Glass near one of the feet. I have pointed it out in the photos. It will make a stunning addition to your collection.
